Les Bas Russelets is a 100% blanc de noirs pinot noir from old vines. Vinified in oak barrels, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging on the lees. Spontaneous malolactic. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense mineral notes. Generous, consistent and persistent on the palate.
