"Handpicked estate grapes, whole cluster pressed and wild fermented displaying complex layering of tart citrus, fresh white peach, quince paste, vanilla flower, and crushed walnuts. The palate has a creamy texture with primary citrus and stone fruit flavours with a superb length balanced by natural saline mineral acidity and the highest quality French oak."

2022 Vintage....Hand picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermented, matured in French barriques; fortnightly bâtonnage. The 10 best barrels were selected after nine months maturation. This is an exceptionally fine chardonnay, grapefruit and white peach are the drivers of the palate, the oak barely impacting on the flavour. 97 points.
