Pale straw with detailed aromas of white peach, nectarine and grapefruit. Hints of fine spice, grilled cashews, struck flint, clotted cream, oatmeal, white flowers, vanillin oak and stone. There's a wonderful clarity to this wine. You can, should you so desire, sit there and delineate all the individual components: lemon curd and a myriad of other tones. Or you can be happy that it is just so delicious, with scintillating minerally precision and drive, finishing dry, long, grapefruity and creamy. A great release and one of concentration and focus. 96 points.
