Burgundy 2020 is unfurling well to display what we had always hoped it would be, and Justin`s labels are certainly no exception. He is famed for his distinctive style, with the majority of his sites from Chassagne Montrachet.
Before we lose this set of wines forvever, we have the chance to sit down and take a good look at the development of these sites. I will informally present them as a function of their soils, altitude and geographical outlooks. It is certainly a "Last of the Mohicans" look at this body of work...
