Brown Bag dinners are always a good time. Despite the fact that I am rumoured to have been drinking wine for half a centruary I seldom get this sort of thing right, but no doubt its educational along the way.
For those who have not attended one before, you bring along a bottle wrapped up and we evaluated them together. Its a little easier with this theme because we know that its got to have come from Montalcino and is Sangiovese. After that - its a bit of a race to see whats best.

By way of a benchmark I am bring a Capanno BdM 2014 Riserva. I suggest we keep the theme to 2018 and older. I am happy to help out if you dont have anything to hand.
Seat # 2 is bringing Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2012;
Seat # 3 is bringing Stella di Camanpaniola Brunello di Montalcino Aria 2018 or older TBC;
Because there is no minimum to fill this type of event, the date is confirmed with the venue. Please note - your booking is only confirmed once you have made payment for your booking. This is especially important with high demand dinners such as this.
