Join us for a quiet dinner with us as we look at the latest arrivals from Keermont. This relatively new winery has burst onto the cult wine scene with dramatically good wines that are snapped up each year on release to the domestic market.

Keermont Vineyards is a specialist wine estate set in the naturally-formed amphitheatre between the Helderberg and Stellenbosch Mountain ranges. All grapes used in producing our wines are grown on Keermont Vineyards. Most of the vineyard parcels grow on deep red clay rich soil derived from sandstone and granite and are surrounded by indigenous vegetation. They lie between 250 and 400 metres above sea level at the top of the valley, and have a variety of aspects from North East to West facing.

Much of the cuisine in the Eastern Cape is driven by the spice influences from Eastern Asia, and so it makes a lot of sense to celebrate these wines with food that is made in heaven for them. The majority of the wines we are looking at are from their celebrated Single Vineyard Series - their version of First Growths, as we will see when we open them...
