"A ripe, fresh and nicely layered nose features notes of apple, lemon rind and that lovely quinine-iodine character that clearly identifies this as Chablis. The palate impression is quite rich with fleshy and plump middleweight flavors that are supported by good underlying tension that carries over to the clean, dry and bitter citrus finale. I wouldn't describe this as exactly classic in style but it is refreshing and well-made. Worth a look." BH
