WINERY NOTE: Our Brut Nature are fresh with citrus aromas with some floral notes. Very well balanced on the palate, elegant texture with good bubbles and intensity. Vineyard Azqueta It is a unique vineyard in the foothills of Monjardin Mountain, 650 m of altitude, planted in 1995. Harvested at the begining of September when ripeness is optimum to make good sparkling wine. Winemaking and aging Traditional Method Champanoise doing second fermentation in the bottle and aged for 24 to 36 months as reserva. Then, we discork as brut nature with no sugar added. Tasting Notes Brut Nature with fine aromas integrated with its citrus fruit. Aged as reserva, it is very elegant on the palate.
