MANAGED CELLAR SERVICE

For our valued clients with limited space and time to allocate to their wine, we offer the following managed cellar service.
All wines are stored at 14 degrees Celsius in professional, purpose-built wine lockers located at Extra Space Building, 301 Boon Keng Road. 
We catalog your wine and set up an account for you in Cellartracker so that you can monitor your bottles. Only wines purchased from Wine Exchange Asia Pte Ltd will be accepted for storage.
 
Storage Fees

ONLY WINES PURCHASED FROM WINE EXCHANGE ASIA WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STORAGE. We regret we can no longer accept externally sourced wines.

Per case (12 bottles) - $4.80 per month or part thereof
Per case (6 bottles) - $2.40 per month or part thereof
Single Bottles - $0.40 per month or part thereof
 
Handling Fees - In...ZERO FEES
Involves packing of  wine, set up of account, recording and processing each bottle and entering wine into our management system and into your Cellartracker online viewing account. We are no longer accepting externally acquired stock.
 
 
Handling – Outs
Involves preparing the wine for delivery or collection and recording the removal of the wine from our management system and your Cellartracker online viewing account. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for withdrawals.
 
Per case (6 or 12 bottles) - $3.00
Single bottles - $1.00 per bottle
Delivery
1 to 96 bottles - $10 per delivery on weekdays and $20 per delivery on Saturday mornings.
 
 
More than 96 bottles – to be agreed
CAN I STORE MIXED CASES?
Yes you can store mixed cases of wines - each bottle will be processed and entered on your inventory system.
 
Extra Space has kindly agreed to offer special rates to our clients who might wish to migrate to their own individual storage lockers at the 301 Boon Keng Road facility. They have various sizes of lockers to meet all needs at competitive rates.
Our personal feeling is that if the unique locker option ends up cheaper than continuing to store ad hoc with us and PROVIDED you have sufficient stock to fill it totally - it is the better option. This does mean that the stock is stored independently of us and under your own personal management.
