Weighing in at 9.2% alcohol, this is what the Germans would refer to as a 'breakfast wine', a term that I love. The RS69 here denotes 69g RS in the wine, so think medium sweet. It's peachy with lemon drop, grapefruit zest, white flowers, crushed stone and a suggestion of spearmint and fennel further back. It's delicious. That steely acidity draws it all back into line, finishing unctuous yet focused and definitely moreish. 95 points.
