The legendary Hickinbotham family of the Barossa has made wine and grown grapes in the valley for four generations and established this winery in 2004. 3 Rings isn't just a name, however. Each ring represents the three tenets upon which the winery was founded: historic place, exceptional fruit and adept winemaking prowess. The Shiraz is the crown jewel of the winery expressing true Aussie Shiraz characteristics: spice, dark plum, licorice and mocha.
