A mix of 30/70% whole bunches/whole berries and matured for 14 months in French puncheons (10% new). A bright, deep crimson purple. Dark and blue fruits are complemented by incense, pink peppercorns and a gentle meatiness. The palate is ripe, plush and framed by youthful and even tannins and a long, spicy finish. 95 points.
