Andre Clouet produce an exceptional range of grower champagnes that are rich, concentrated expressions of pinot noir that manage to retain elegance and finesse. A wine making family of more than 2 centuries, the founder acted as a printer in Louis XV court of Versailles and the wines are cellared under the family’s 17th century village house. The style of the labels reflect this heritage.

100% Pinot Noir from André Clouet's 10 best plots, dubbed by Jean-Francois 'the golden square of Bouzy'. This is 50% 2012 fermented in Sauternes barriques; 50% solera of reserve wines; full malolactic fermentation. The concept is to capture the style of the very same wine made by the Clouet family in 1911. Production is limited to 1911 bottles.
