Winemaking Manual harvest. Vinified in oak barrel, fermeted with indigenous yeast. Aged for 36 months on lees. All ''Liqueur de degorgment'' made from their own wines vinified in oak and French sugar cane. No filtration and no fining, no Chaptalisation.  Disgorged 12/21 - 3g/l Dosage
