Grapes 85% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir

Vintage Non Vintage (3 vintages blended together)

Alcohol  12% ABV

Winemaking Manual harvest. Vinified in oak barrel, fermeted with indigenous yeast. Aged for 20 months on lees. All ''Liqueur de degorgment'' made from their own wines vinified in oak and French sugar cane. No filtration and no fining, no Chaptalisation.  Disgorged 04/21 - 3g/l Dosage
