• If PINEA is the heart, PSOUL symbolises the “soul” of the project: the eternal search for the elegance and purity of the terroir. The name ‘PSOUL’ is an acronym: the “P” stands for “Pinea”, and “500L” for the single cask used in its production and aging. This limited edition consists of only 333 bottles of 1.5 litres (Magnum format).
• This wine comes from the Cardisanto limestone plateau, a microparcel with very high chalk content that we determine not only by soil type but also by tasting the berries, marking plant by plant.
