Viura vineyard from the Monjardin Valley area. Fine loamy or silty soil textures on alternating tertiary continental marls and sandstones. Altitude - 650 meters Age - more than 36 years. Fermentation in steel tanks and work on first lees with periodic batonage for 6 months. Barrel aging on fine lees for 1 year Extension - 1 Ha / yield of 4.000 kg per Ha Composition Alcohol: 13,5 % / Acidity: 4,8 g/l Tasting

Notes: Golden yellow colour, intence aromas of ripe berries. On the palate it is very fresh and balsamic, with good structure and long on the finish. Will cellar for up to 15 years.
