Giuliano Black Truffle Salsa 20% (Italy) 80g

We have scoured the Italian landscape looking for the best truffle paste we could find. (Nothing is as good as fresh but unfortunately they are seasonal and often unattainable.) Most pestos have a black truffle content of 5% or less, and the list of artificial ingrdients added can be quite confronting. We finally settled on this fine product from the Giuliano family in Umbria. It is head and shoulders above competing products we. have seen in Singapore.

No artificial ingredients. 

The Black Truffle Sauce (summer truffle 20%) is the easiest product to cook with all kind of ingredients. It’s delicious strength and perfume make it ideal for Omelettes and pasta.
